We are looking for a Help Desk Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Work in an efficient and fast manner to provide solutions to our clients.
  • Troubleshoot different IT issues
  • Create cases, follow up on tickets and document every issue accordingly.
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance

Qualifications

  • Computing / Systems Engineering or related career student
  • 80% of English is a must
  • Proven experience in Technical Support / Customer Service operations
  • Full schedule flexibility Great-to-haves
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Linux, CCNA and programming.
  • Interpersonal Skills and able to work under minimal supervision
